Amazing culture, genuinely kind co-workers, an leadership that makes intentional decisions with the whole credit union in mind. Would highly recommend to anyone!

It’s ruined all other jobs for me by being so great.

Pros

Coworkers are very friendly. Interra does a good job of screening people who are good to work with and will pull their own weight. Training is good and training personnel are personable.

Cons

Every once in a while you may get a mean customer but in my experience management will have your back (within reason)
