      I guess the flexibility but not really as they set up appointment for you

      Cons

      Most of it. You are using your own resources on cold leads that are not expecting you and are not ready to make a big business decision as someone walks in the door to offer them something. The so called team leaders are pushy and rude which contrary to what we were told on the so called training. I'm ready to quit

      Pros

      Preset Local Leads help a ton. Training was very thorough and the trainer did a great job teaching us. I learned enough in class to feel comfortable meeting with the business owner, but I learned even more from my sales manager! He's been so helpful and supportive and has really gone out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything clearly.. I earned my start bonus within the first week and I am about 3 weeks in. We actually just closed my 9th sale today.

      Don't really habe any. Everything they've said and done has been spot on how writing works.

      Seems like a great concept for a business. You get a lot of freedom. This may not be for everyone.

      Cons

      Went to my first appointment they set for me today. The business has been closed for over 3 years. How can they say they started calling these businesses yesterday for appointments today?
