Pros

Good coworkers, nice office Good place to build resume and find a better company. Pay is average (maybe slightly below average)

Cons

Micromanagement and favoritism are deeply ingrained in the culture. If you're in management's good graces, you'll likely have a very different experience than everyone else. Support for employees facing challenges—whether related to compensation, career development, parental leave or immigration is often inconsistent and depends heavily on who you are rather than the issue itself. Despite promises of growth and opportunity, advancement is limited, and the company often operates with a surprisingly small-company mindset. Initiative is discouraged, and employees are generally expected to follow instructions without question. Problems tend to be ignored until they reach senior leadership, at which point everyone scrambles to react. The company may be useful as a stepping stone, but the high turnover rate speaks for itself.

Pros

Employee Salary was on time.

Cons

Company Review - Poor Work Culture: The overall work culture is disappointing, and senior leadership appears unaware of the ground reality faced by employees. - Internal Politics: Internal politics heavily influence decisions, with favoritism affecting increments and career growth instead of performance and merit. - Not Employee-Oriented: The company does not prioritize employee well-being, growth, or work-life balance. Employees often feel undervalued and unsupported. - No Transparent Appraisal Process: There is no fair or transparent appraisal system, and employee contributions are not adequately recognized or rewarded. Members of Mava gang gets good appraisal doing same work as others. - Unprofessional Workplace Environment: Employees openly consume mava/tobacco products during working hours, creating an unhealthy and unprofessional office environment. - Concerns About Professional Conduct: There are concerns regarding professionalism and ethical behavior within the leadership team, which negatively impacts employee trust and workplace culture. - Unrealistic Workload and Deadlines: Uneven and unrealistic project deadlines create excessive workload and pressure, making employees feel overworked and exploited rather than valued.
