I have been working at JobWorks full-time

    Pros

JobWorks, Inc. is a great non-profit service provider that goes to work fast and solves problems to maintain high integrity in their work which is a direct result of their staff in every location going above and beyond to achieve positive outcomes for the customers they serve in the workforce.

    Cons

It's a non-profit, so their are good benefits but the pay is flat - no cola or annual bump.

I have been working at JobWorks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Allowed for promotion, cross training, learning
    - Tuition reimbursement
    - Great senior staff, while we are no where near headquarters, they communicated well
    - Honest and forthcoming

    Cons

We were contracted, so while I don't have many cons about JobWorks themselves, a lot of staff was burned out by constantly changing expectations and requirements. Again this doesn't fall on my employer, other than to say they were largely at the mercy of the company we were contracted to.

They were at one time going to provide us with an HR specialist to represent them at our location full time. I wish that had worked out.

Benefits are ok for singles, but too pricy for families.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!
