Pros

Easy to get hired, if you work hard you can work many different departments and have a menagerie of duties to keep things from getting stale and allows you to gain experience in just about any possible thing you could do at a grocery store besides actually run it. It is also a union job. 663 local.

Cons

Communication is something that the location struggles with across the board. While their is promotions and opportunities for advancement often when employees leave there isn't always an opportunity to take over their responsibilities because they operate under the assumption it's better to automate the lost employee instead of giving someone a raise to take over the responsibilities. Also have an unspoken policy of keeping almost everyone 15 minutes under being technically classified as full time in the eyes of the union, and therefore how much you get paid.
