      Good Company for Techy People

      Pros

      You work with very intelligent professionals in the field of Microsoft Cloud Computing, great training, great pay

      Cons

      The cybersecurity division is run by former analysts turned managers. There are a lot of business and leadership decisions that could and should be optimized. Also a very stressful environment where you can get called out publicly for making a mistake.

      Pros

      There USED to be a great team and leadership. But they let the good ones all go or pushed them out.

      Cons

      Upper management did not fully realize the talent they had and began disassembling the team in an unprofessional manner. Making promises to clients and NOT being able to deliver sets the workers up for failure. Lack of engagement with the engineers, not setting proper expectations. Putting unfamiliar workloads on people and expecting them to just "figure it out" at the clients expense. Very unprofessional in communicating.
