Pros
Entry-level, meant to train you and send you right off to a station higher in the market, production crew is super cool and nice, we are like a family, hilarious moments, always improving, moving up very fast, slow days but balanced with plenty of challenging days to keep you interested at work.
Cons
The Talent are all fresh out of college, so you have 26 year old people getting drunk every weekend and living at the gym each weekday while stirring drama amongst everyone else. They are all very immature and VERY unprofessional, and all too often, they crack jokes and say things that make the station seem like a joke. The pay is minimum, the head honcho keeps all the money to afford his fancy cars and mail-order-bride.
