      Bad salary High micromanagement No seniors to take ownership of the tasks and the juniors have to look after everything Some company profiles are there but that person left so they are run by someone on team.. like HR Leadership is manipulative so the culture follows

      - Good place to Kickstart a career if you're a fresh graduate. - Great colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      - Micromanagement at every level. - Lowest pay as compare to market standards. - Exploitation of Interns and Juniors since there are no Seniors in the company. - "Minimal to zero" in terms of career growth. - Upper Management doesn't contribute anything useful to the company, their only tasks are to micromanage and exploit interns/juniors.
