Pros

all jobs are catered. new equipment never asked to drive illegal small company stage bonuses at end of month. (just taken away) the guy you work next to elbows deep will give you the shirt off his back. the people make the company.

Cons

new equipment comes at a dangerous price. most employees don't know how to use equipment because learning is taught by hand me down learn as you go. upper management is more concerned about saving money than you . you are very dispensable. good luck finding a supervisor that gives a care about you or your fellow co workers unless you are in the click. lucky in safety- eventually the luck will run out and the company will take safety serious. if you like breathing in silica 12 hours a day and treated like a # this job is for you. supervisors throw you under a bus to cover themselves even if it means lying and getting other supervisors fired. a lot of snakes and bs

Miserable Place to Work

Pros

Wide range of benefits (but some of the premiums are higher than other companies) Great Parking A chance to work in a larger company environment

Cons

This company is very chaotic and disorganized. It still functions like a bunch of smaller companies. They are very reactive and fail to plan ahead. Pay raises are a joke and they are constantly trying to send as many jobs to India as possible. Between the high turnover and layoffs, a lot of important processes have fallen through the cracks. Employees are not treated as a valuable asset. There is really no incentive to work hard because only the higher ups will get a raise, bonus or promotion. They will still expect you to work way more than a 40 hr work week. Kiss your nights and weekends goodbye.
