I have been working at Key Information Systems full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible and easy to do business with. Great Engineering support. Strong Storage and Server Architects. Now offering a cloud solution and managed services - Differentiator from any other regional VAR. Fantastic Earnings Opportunity for both Sales and Technical employees.

    Cons

Must be a self starter. Won't get hand holding or much management attention. You will be expected to learn and jump into customer opportunities. If you are focused on treating the customer as a priority, you will succeed!

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on core businesses. Don't lose focus even though we continue to expand and grow our partnerships

I worked at Key Information Systems full-time

    Pros

Great management, and felt like I was shown the ropes but then they let me do my thing. Didn't have anyone hovering or hounding me on what I was doing. Christmas party is probably the best you will work for.

    Cons

company is spread out over the nation, so you have to have self drive to succeed.

    Advice to Management

Maybe have lead generations for those just starting out to get them off and running.
