Office politics run rampant, favoritism and nepotism is standard, and employees are worked overtime regularly to keep up with workloads from people quitting. Every time someone else leaves, we would hear some HR response about how this just wasn't the place for them when in reality it's because of the way people are treated. Pay is subpar and raises across the board were denied this year.
