      Be extra careful with middle management

      Nice benefits, fine salaries, lots of learning possibilities

      Cons

      Middle management culture is a major problem. This might depend on your team, but there is a lot of talking behind people’s backs, mixed messages, and manipulative behavior. Employee concerns are often dismissed instead of taken seriously. Major gaslighting and lies, you should especially stay away from some creative leads, zero trust. HR is strongly biased towards middle management, which makes it impossible to resolve issues when something goes wrong. Salary growth is extremely limited. Once you start, it’s very difficult to get a raise.
