Location is poor and often get very stuck in traffic. Little in the way of food/refreshments on-site.

Thanks for your positive review. We're on a purpose built site with good public transport routes in and out of Birmingham City Centre but we know that traffic (as is the case in most areas in and around central Birmingham) can be an issue from time to time.
We'd like to think that we provide good kitchen facilities (fridges, freezers, microwaves, ovens and toasters) for our people to use and in addition to well stocked vending machines we have a hot/cold food van that comes on site 3 times a day, but we're always open to suggestions from our people for improvements.
Management are allowed to treat their staff how they wish, despite HR being aware of this they do nothing.
Too much pressure on staff, reasonable requests are never met.
Staff are treated unfairly. The FD is based on the states and doesn't concern himself with the genuine matters of the staff in the UK.
Managers allowed to run amok
