Great opportunity to see micro-management at its finest, and how self-proclaimed professionals shouldn't be conducting business to business transactions.
Cons
Management selling "prospective" projects that haven't even been closed. Talking professionals into resigning from their stable full-time permanent positions, keeping them on "a bench" for a month or two, and then laying them off because they could land projects or new business.
Awesome corporate culture, really nice co-workers, diverse client base. The owners really believe in their people. Office location is easy to get to, and working from home is completely okay.
Cons
No real expansion opportunity. The company has had more and more contractors over the last few years, which doesn't make the staff feel as supported as they used to. As a Microsoft partner the work they do is limited.
