      Pros

      The team had really good talented individuals, but the scope of the projects and the company did not manage to capture their full potential. The company was quite ambitious, they had a positive direction. Supportive middle management. Good for freshers to experience global careers.

      Leadership team is quite complex. Too many processes or no processes!
