Pros

Can learn a lot of skills Used to be a better place untill few years back

Cons

This company has become a difficult place to work. * Zero Professionalism * The company works like a traditional "Lala company" with no proper processes or policies. * Appraisals are always delayed, sometimes by 6–7 months and are not based on actual performance. * Good work is rarely appreciated. * There is a lot of micromanagement. Employees are expected to complete 45 office hours, and even leaving a little early on Friday after completing your hours can lead to questions. * HR is not helpful when employees need support. * Senior management does not follow proper planning or structured ways of working. * Work-from-home is very limited, and asking for extra WFH requires too much explanation. * Salary is not fair. New employees are sometimes paid more than people with 5–7 years of experience. * Career growth is very slow, and there are very few learning opportunities. * There is very little job security these days, and many employees are forced to resign. * Office politics are everywhere, and favoritism matters more than performance. Overall, the company needs better management, fair appraisals, proper policies, less politics, more flexibility, and a healthier work environment.
