Pros

Pay and benefits are good. A lot of interesting and useful automation is used. You can learn a lot. Hours are great. Paid holidays. Management is open to ideas, there are sometimes meetings where they will buy lunch for the office. Certifications are reimbursed

Cons

It’s a very bitter and negative environment where everyone is afraid and on edge ready to stab you in the back over nothing. People play favorites and the clique game for who gets more or less work, so you can end up being overwhelmed daily while others get to fool around and gossip about you. Very angry and confrontational environment makes an already inherently difficult job even more difficult. Open shouting matches in the office are common. Documentation is sometimes poor or outdated, and you are expected to be an expert from that documentation and also continually update it, but where is the time when you have 40-50 tickets to juggle and more being tossed on top? Difficult to ask for help/questions, some people literally ignore you to your face as if you are not there, others will get upset that you are asking them a question and tell you to go ask someone else, or purposely give you bad advice to sabotage you. Disrespectful environment. There is no resemblance of a team it is just every man for himself. Very high turnover of employees.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you recognized the positive aspects of working here — including our compensation, benefits, automation initiatives, training opportunities, and work–life balance. We remain committed to providing an environment where team members can continue to develop professionally and feel supported. We are, however, concerned by the issues you’ve described regarding communication, teamwork, and overall culture. These behaviors do not reflect the standards we expect within our organization. We strive to maintain a respectful and collaborative environment, and we take comments like these very seriously. We do wish these concerns had been brought to management during your time here, as it would have allowed us to address them promptly and directly. Open communication is essential to our continuous improvement efforts, and we encourage employees to speak with leadership or HR whenever challenges arise. Our leadership team is actively focused on strengthening team engagement, documentation processes, and support structures to ensure all employees feel valued and heard. Feedback — even when difficult — helps us continue to improve. We appreciate your perspective and wish you success in your future endeavors.

Don't even waste your time here

Pros

Barely any pro whatsoever, you at least have great people who are techs but will eventually leave cause they deal with the upper management.

Cons

To the Upper Management, Seriously reconsider your current approach to leadership. The environment you say that supports and empowers your employees, is driving them away—not because of the work itself, but because of the lack of structure, support, and genuine leadership. The business lacks a functional workflow, which not only affects internal morale but also scares off clients. Instead of inspiring and having a proper communication, the leadership style here comes across as intimidating and counterproductive. It's not leadership—it's bullying. Employees who are trying to contribute and solve problems are left without the basic tools they need, like access to essential platforms such as Azure. When issues arise, blame is shifted onto the very people trying to hold things together. That’s not support—it’s sabotage. Clients notice this chaos. They don’t want to stay , and neither do your employees. If something doesn’t change soon, you’ll be left wondering why no one is willing to work with—or for—you. Good luck to anyone walking through these doors for work or support, you'll need it more than you can get.
