I have been working at LCOR Incorporated full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

LCOR has been a great place to work. They have wonderful benefits like paid vacation days, commission, 10 days of paid vaction/sick & personal days. They gave us a Christmas bonus and a raise at New Years. My coworkers are a lot of fun and we all help each other out. The pay for a leasing agent is better than most of the surrounding properties. My property manager is very understanding and flexible, she works with my schedule.

    Cons

I would say that the only downside in this business is working weekends as a leasing agent...but that is to be expected with the job! You have to work when everyone else is off of work so that they can come see the apartments. There is also not much room for growth in the company because the job turnover is very low. My manager has been here since the property opened (which is FANTASTIC) but unless I am willing to move out of state I can see how it is close to impossible to move up in the company.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing! I love my assistant, manager, regional (way to go Colleen- we love you!) and Kathy. The management is very helpful but they do not micromanage. They trust you to do your job and do it well.

I worked at LCOR Incorporated as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Super cool people. Professional but not stuffy. Generous with pay and benefits. Exciting work in development.

    Cons

They didn't always promote from within. Opportunity for growth is not easy to obtain.

    Advice to Management

Groom and promote. Loyal employees are already in the company.

I have been working at LCOR Incorporated (Less than a year)

    Pros

LCOR is an operationally focused, highly organized and professional Property Management company. Kathy Masterson (Director) is aces, and the corporate team at all levels is actually there to support onsite staff - and they are second to none.

I would go back to work there in a heartbeat.

    Cons

The only con is the CALSTRS merger - because the result is that they pulled out of the midwest...which is where I'm focused!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing .... and come back to Indiana!

I worked at LCOR Incorporated full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Professional, supportive, encouraging. I've worked with LCOR an employee or consultant since 1991. What a great place to work! They totally understand the task at hand an how to get results.

    Cons

NONE! I can only say good things about my experiences with LCOR. Although choices of projects can sometimes be a bit conservative their longevity in the business proves their worth.
