      Mission is solid but that is kept alive by the employees efforts.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership from ownership and leadership. Admin functions (Finance, HR) are very weak and add only limited value. No accountability, no follow through, no consistency of message. Random meetings with leadership team and all employees is not enough to change a broken culture.
