Pros
I think everybody who works in or with LTi will agree: the people here are amazing. They're understanding, caring, empathetic, and know the accounting world is difficult and will do everything they can to help you out. There's a strong sense of "We're in this together" at this company, and that's really what keeps the ship moving. The backlogs and swimlanes are extremely well organized. People know how to write stories and bug reports with precise and clear instructions. The upper management also seem to have a good roadmap and are typically good in communicating their intentions, but they struggle with following through.
Cons
The code is old, massive, and complex. LTi's flagship product is an extremely powerful tool that banks have been using for nearly two decades, all the while being touched by many different developers, all with their own ideas. There is structure to it at least, but we're talking millions of lines of code. Expect bug fix turnaround time of a few days on average, most of that time taken up by following the code line by line, or god forbid some undebuggable store procedure. I'll also mention in the year I've been working here, I've been doing nothing but bug and database fixes. I feel like a maintenance worker now, just fixing pipes, with my creativity dead.

Pros
LeaseTeam is the epitome of what every software company should aspire to be. The company understands the importance of creating a positive work environment for its employees. You will not find a better group of people to work with. The company truly is "Work hard/Play hard". You will be challenged, but everyone at the company is more than willing to help. Your effort does not go unnoticed and management does a remarkable job at showing appreciation for it's employees. Plus, you're actually treated like an adult, which most companies fail to understand the importance of.
Cons
Benefits are a little lacking. 401K match should be higher. There are less holidays than a typical company, but there are multiple company outings that make up for it. The industry itself is not bleeding edge nor the most exciting. The code base is pretty massive and has been touched by a lot of developers, which can be overwhelming at first. Because of this, there is quite a bit of ramp and the first 6 months you'll feel like you're drinking from a fire hose. Fortunately, everyone understands this and you'll be given all the resources you need in order to succeed.
