    Pros

    Lots of PTO. Warm and friendly work environment . Co workers are very helpful. You'll learn a lot about electrical systems and get great experience.

    Cons

    Not much room for advancement in company. Pay is relatively low however qualifications are not necessarily high. No profit sharing.

    Pros

    Education reimbursement at that time.

    Cons

    The environment is toxic enabled by management. Too many clicks with older employees and management. Salary was under by 20% of the median average. No room to grow career within the company.

    Advice to Management

    HR, Management and leads need management refresher courses. Listen to your employees without having management retaliation.

    decent benefits, good work life balance

    Cons

    low salary, no promotions. engineers who design stuff and should be present at manufacturing do not travel to manufacturing sites while random people are visiting manufacturing sites all the time

    promote from within instead of hiring incompetent managers

    Pros

    Lots of opportunities. If you are smart and willing to put in many hours, you can move up VERY quickly.

    Cons

    Too many cooks in the kitchen who think they have the answers. They are all driving the business into the ground.

    Advice to Management

    Quit letting HR run the company.
