Flexible and global

Pros

One of the biggest pluses is that the company is fully remote, which gives a lot of flexibility. You also get to work with people in different countries, so the projects feel global and interesting. Teams are small, which means you’re not stuck in a narrow role. You pick up a wide range of projects, learn quickly, and can actually see the impact of your work. Leadership is approachable and open to ideas, which makes it easy to contribute.

Cons

The workload can feel high at times because the teams are lean, but the flip side is you gain a ton of experience and skills much faster than in a larger company. Things can change quickly and processes are still improving, which means you have to be adaptable, but it also keeps the work from getting stale.

Great place to work

Pros

This organization distinguishes itself as an employer of choice through its commitment to both its people and its product. Key to its success is a highly open-minded culture that listens intently to employee input and relentlessly pursues continuous improvement. This foundation drives our ability to maintain high quality standards across all operations. The fact that it is a stable, family-owned company provides a strong ethical backbone. Furthermore, the compensation plan is highly motivating, offering a direct, systematic contribution to the business with a commission structure that has no threshold.

Cons

Any minor pain points are addressed so quickly they don't become ingrained 'cons.' In short: there is no significant downside to working here.
