We used to have good managers, but now... not so much.
Culture is very flat.
Parts of the company stuck in the 90's (including the office decor).
Lexel seldom celebrate staff achievements.
Pathetic internal system called "TrackIt" - ruining the business.
Very poor invoicing and billing of customers (defies belief).
Dated offices and no care or desire to improve staff comfort/ergonomics, etc... the bare minimum is all you will get.
Very little follow-up on improvement promises to staff.
No communication to staff when colleagues leave (we generally find out by surprise when a customer tells us).
CEO is not the best communicator and does not possess very good people skills. This has caused people to try and circumvent him and hide what and how they are doing business.
The company often operates to cater to the egos of a couple of people.
