- Support from colleagues - Great establishment - Great place to start your career - You will be thrown in a face past environment
Cons
- Taken advantage of as a new employee - Didn't give me my benefits until I asked for it numerous times and received it a year later when I should have received it 3 months after probation - Wage is not competitive they will pay minimum if they can - Must be very self motivated, you will be put down by superiors - They really don't care much about you
