I worked as a healthcare provider I like working with the elderly and caring for sick people. I have a lot of compassion in my heart.

People that are disrespectful I tend to just pray for them and look over to a better situation

Great place to work! You get to help people and work with an amazing staff! Best management I have ever worked under and they compensate you well. They reward hard work.
Cons
Not exactly a con per se but you do have to hustle at times.
