Pros

****ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE DONE WITH FAKE ACCOUNTS BY MANAGEMENT!!!! THE FEW PROS -15/hr. - Health insurance plan---Expensive and completely catastrophic -Very small employer provided life insurance plan----covers you until you realize this place is a joke and quit

Cons

-Internet dialer, you have no choice on taking a call or not -Job description... -make 300+ outbounds a day to leads that have been recycled a million times. Maybe get 4-5 inbounds a day which are completely un-qualified and you have little chance of closing. -You will be trained to sell insurance packages as such... Major med/Life/Supplementary -When you sell a package you put commission you should be making on a dry erase board. When that figure adds up to a certain amount you "bonus" off of that... The number to reach to bonus is very high and even if you reach it they have a few tricks up their sleeves to prevent you from getting your small bonus. The internet dialer is your time clock... If you are a minute late you get an occurrence to many of those and you get fired. Also you are monitored the whole time you are there. They listen to everything you say when you are near your headset even if you are not on a call! When you go to an interview they will talk this place up to be the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow... Management pretends to be zig ziglar and get you pumped up and excited i promise you there is nothing but 15/hr and maybe a 50 dollar bonus at the end of all your effort. Do not fall for their false promises this is not a good place to work.

Pros

Very Few. Since I have to put something, they do pay you $15 an hour. They have catastrophic health insurance.

Cons

This is the worst company I've ever worked for. They are extremely unethical and will lie to your face as well as their customers. They push Surebridge products on individuals and do so in a deceitful way so the customer doesn't know they are purchasing it. They do not care about their customers and basically tell you to act in the companies best interest, which is why I left. They micromanage you by timing your bathroom breaks, forcing you to read off a script etc... The management team is completely incompetent and only one individual even has a background in insurance. I was one of the top producers and when I finally left for a job as a financial advisor because I couldn't handle the micromanagement and unethical practices, they stole my final paycheck. I hope you enjoy the lawsuit coming from me and several other former employees. Seriously this company is a bunch of criminals
