I have been working at LiquidHub full-time

    Pros

There is a lot of room to grow professionally if you have a strong work ethic. A lot of support from peers and management.

    Cons

Takes time to understand the culture and don't be surprised if you have to introduce yourself to people when you start.

I worked at LiquidHub full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Smart colleagues, big name clients, some good travel opportunities

    Cons

Management is very clique-y and mostly concentrated on selling work or pleasing client stakeholders, often over-promising on deliverables, ignoring scope, and leaving 1–2 entry level employees to pick up the pieces. Everything is always last minute and workload distribution between researchers and designers is highly unbalanced.

Absolutely no mentorship. As a design consultant, I was expected to do EVERYTHING with very little support — everything from formatting layouts to conducting UX research to to building prototypes to creating final deliverables for development.

Senior employees spend much of their time in meetings discussing "process" and rarely roll up their sleeves and pitch in with actual guidance or insight — but they will quickly take your work and own it if it's well received by clients.

    Advice to Management

Treat all employees fairly! Don't let your personality cloud your judgement. Some of the front of office staff are treated very unfairly. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

I worked at LiquidHub full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Diversity in work, always a lot to do, a lot of interaction with different departments, fast-paced and a lot of room to grow your skills in your own way depending on the department..

    Cons

They love to fire employees as fast as they hire them, no training & Job guarantee . they always depend upon client decision, if client don't have work, they fired employees without any reason.

    Advice to Management

Care about your employees not just client value

I worked at LiquidHub full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

LH is a typical small to mid-size regionally focuses systems integrator with a splash of strategy. LH is a great company, as long as you are billable. By great, I mean that you are left alone and not micro-managed. They bring you in at a very good salary. The benefits are in line with most small to mid-tier regional SI's. The definitely do the best that they can, given the cards they are dealt.

    Cons

Once in, you will not see any bonuses or pay raises, regardless of performance. You will be at a client site billing as much as possible. There will be no opportunities for training, career growth, a new assignment, etc.

    Advice to Management

There is no advice needed, as Management does the best they can.

I have been working at LiquidHub full-time

    Pros

LiquidHub is an organization that is focused on customer engagement which is a very hot area. Lots of industry and technology professionals so always learning. Able to work remotely which saves a lot of commuting time. Not a lot of politics, management is open and honest

    Cons

Growing fast, sometimes that puts some bumps in the road for new employees.

    Advice to Management

Growing fast but lets keep the great culture

I worked at LiquidHub full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Can't think of any. I'm writing to meet 20 word requirement which is annoying as well. Filling in space to hit the submit button

    Cons

Horrible horrible benefits. High premiums that don't cover much. Every regular doc appt I have had to date has cost me at least $100 out of pocket and this was a checkup. On boarding is non-existent. They throw you in the deep end and don't look back to see d you are above water. The onsite team is lucky to have a meeting once a month. Unreasonable expectations are placed on the onsite contractors.

    Advice to Management

Focus on employees, offer some training. Pay better

I have been working at LiquidHub full-time

    Pros

    Cool coroporate headquarters, benefits ok

    Cons

a lot of false promises given from upper management, upper management in general you can tell there is a divide, not much room to grow, very little salary increase at time of "promotion", getting paid one time a month

    Advice to Management

Focus on employees and actually mentor them, managers should know who they're managing and have regular contact with them

    Pros

Paying good money, company grows constantly.

    Cons

Poor benefits package, very expensive medical insurance. No room to grow. Company does not want people to work from home.

    Advice to Management

Save money for the company - let people work from home, at least one-two days a week. Ask and listen people what they want to improve in the company.

Fast moving, smart people, growing, diverse. Good geographic footprint. Some very solid acquisitions. Pushing the definition of digital consulting with some of the big guns.

    Cons

Growing pains, some executive hires, horrible back office and recruiting functions, typical dead wood issues.
