Just for the sake of clarity when it comes to the education reimbursement program, we have actually improved the benefit over a year ago so that a employee becomes eligible for this benefit after 6 months. Prior to the change the policy was sent to 1 year of service before being in eligible. Our employees also would only have to repay if they were let go for cause or voluntarily resigned. All this can be found in the employee handbook.
