Ironic name for a failing business

Pros

Some of the benefits are okay

Cons

Constant state of anxiety within all teams that there will be redundancies (which there have been, badly communicated, many times and still happening now with no apparent rhyme or reason) Company contradicts itself constantly by being in a state of having no money then saying that they are stable (but still letting people go) Operations teams are like a revolving door or shrinking by the day Systematic removal of hard working long-standing employees to fit the new strategy (which changes often) often managed badly to further unsettle the teams
