Pros
New technologies, on the cutting edge of the IT industry. Related or not, family oriented. We always felt a sense of belonging. The company aimed high and sometimes it felt like the impossible but the willingness of the employees with the direction of the Executive Management pulled us through.
Cons
Intense work load and aggressive deadlines. It was on many occassions that time wasn't enough to complete the tasks at hand. But with everyone's dedication we would. The company is under new administration and I am no longer there so we will wait and see what happens next.
