      Exposure to many systems, platforms and applications Spacious parking Break area with 4 vending machines and indoor/outdoor breakroom Co-workers in some offices are great

      Time worked versus paid time No overtime/comp time if salary (US Only) Senior management Management in general Hiring process Lack of communication between upper management and employees Urgency of all issues is overexaggerated.

      Hard to think of any. Good concept, poorly executed Clients stronger in IT development than company Exposure to some sound insurance companies.

      Cons

      Long hours, low pay Artificially created crises Detest their clients, and are more concerned with billing than product. Will never let an opinion be swayed by facts. Constant layoffs with all but 3-5 positions at risk
