I have been working at MLC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours if you're on the manager's good book.

    Cons

HR support nonexistent, don't expect any support if you suffer any kind of bullying or harassment from your manager/team leader or HR.
Long hours to achieve your deadlines but no OT is paid.
Revolving door with staff in and out - there must be a reason why people won't stay long!

    Advice to Management

Review workplace conduct, poor work environment only creates transient and non performing staff.

Invest in people to increase morale. Replace people that have been there too long with people open to change.

    Cons

Weird team structure, in which you all know different products, none of the challenges or updates can be easily shared. hot desking so every day you pack up and sit somewhere different daily. Support limited to over the phone, good luck trying to find help face to face, its frowned upon.

I have been working at MLC (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people are great, and respectful of one another. Opportunity to get varied work, but you have to proactive in sourcing new responsibilities. Otherwise, role can be a bit monotonous.

    Cons

KPIs require micromanagement, which is not conducive to a client-first attitude being espoused by the CEO. This is a systemic issue with performance measurement in the performance unit.
