      Constant threat of layoffs. Preferential treatment. Verge of bankruptcy. Management.

      Flexible work environment, small team so there will be opportunities to provide ideas and execute, diverse team and good people with a 'can-do' attitude to get the job done.

      Cons

      Areas for growth and much needed development: leadership, communication, structured goals, cross-team collaboration, workload expectations, and transparency. Most importantly, the work atmosphere could be improved to better support employees' well-being and morale.
