    very supportive staff never face any problem.
    good company for fresher and provide you a right platform to start your carrier.

    Pros

    Great for an IT newbie, just not for a seasoned IT pro to place all eggs in one basket.

    Cons

    They have multiple companies as new accounts and do nothing to keep them long term. Should have a good training program for all employees on their new accounts. Cannot just throw in new documentation without prior testing.

    Advice to Management

    They should have managers with real IT experience and people support to keep employees onboard, long term, selling company was a huge error in judgement.

    Pros

    The people I worked with either in person or over the phone were great.

    Cons

    Company is part of Volt Inc. which was announced it has put Maintech up for sale. Due to that no money is going back into the business. No raises poor benefits and layoffs. Company seems to be bleeding with no help in sight.

    Advice to Management

    Keep your employees informed instead of leaving them in the dark.

    Family Oriented
    Very Flexible days / hours
    Reimbursement for training / Certifications
    Immediate management very friendly and listen to employees
    Very easy work - not much asked of you

    Cons

    Company always seems to be in uncertainty
    Orange California did all the work but Cranford NJ gets all the attention
    Lots of turnover and layoffs done in secret / without warning
    Expensive medical benefits
    Lack of discipline for underperforming employees

    Advice to Management

    To uppper management - be open with your employees and the company direction.
    Uncertainty and secrecy are morale killers which Maintech doesn't need.

    Pros

    if your a manager you get to sit in meetings and goof off all day

    Cons

    get more pay cuts then raises. overpriced benefits. company is very top heavy and full of lazy managers that do nothing and blame others for their failures. no training no support no advancement opportunity.

    Pros

    Maintech was a fantastic place to work for the past 14 years. Do your work, learn, try hard, and you'll be treated well and respected throughout the organization. The cream has always risen to the top and the company is willing to recognize your leadership and hard work with promotions and additional responsibilities. Dozens of employees have worked for Maintech for many many years and that says a lot for IT companies nowadays.

    Cons

    Better and more frequent communication with the entire staff always brings a more cohesive and informed workforce ultimately enabling more customer satisfaction. Keep the channels of innovation open and become a leader in the marketplace. Try harder to expand and grow the business.

    Advice to Management

    Keep communicating and accepting suggestions and input from your workforce. Give them the opportunity to provide input to improve upon processes and service offerings.
