- lack of transparency on layoffs - many changes - very big salary gaps between people - no resources or opportunities to grow - some get no salary increase, top performers get very low increase and they ship it with pride and congratulations like it's an above industry standard raise - once you sign to work on-call, they will never agree if you want a break
