      Fast promotions, flexibility to work remote as needed

      Underpayment of staff, no on-boarding, no professional development/training opportunities, no mentorship, outdated business practices, unstable IT structure, ineffective budget and project management platforms, undersold projects, high staff turnover, high stress levels amongst staff

      Very poor middle and lower management.

      Pros

      There are some very good employees working there with total dedication to quality clinical trial studies and their possible benefits to people needing certain safe medications.

      Cons

      Lower and middle management need more oversight and training. Information sharing is selectively given to favored employees and teamwork needs improving departmentally and study wide.
