Since selling radio advertising isn’t easy they decided to sell digital media instead. The problem was that they didn’t do, or know anything about digital marketing. The GM at the station I worked at was completely ignorant of digital marketing. Their sales process was to sell digital advertising as the main media and to throw in radio as the added value.
