lo malo que suben de posicion a cualquiera sin experiencia en supervision, entonces el trato al empleado no es bueno. te gritan, te hablan de mala manera y cuando quieres reportar a la persona. te escuchan pero no hacen nada. si esto cambia el trabajo fuera mejor.
