    Pros

Flexible schedule for work, and most of which is from home. Great compensation, and benefits. Company heading in an inevitably awesome direction.

    Cons

Work diligence, and long hours at time are expected. Company is still fairly young, therefore there are a lot of reorganizations that take place and can cause some minor confusion.

I worked at MedeAnalytics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The ability to work from home/remote. Otherwise, all of the other pros of working here have since gone away when the company was acquired by private equity and the culture completely dissolved.

    Cons

    Directionless leadership.
People appointed to positions they have no business being in.
No formal review cycle/review process in Client Strategy.
Management not engaged with client-facing employees.
    Management by spreadsheet.
    Unprofessional 'Leadership"

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, they work with your customers and cross-functionally and know what's going on with clients better than you *think* you do. Have managers who can lead in leadership roles and actually take interest in all sides of the business, not just one if they're in a position that supports all sides of the business.

I have been working at MedeAnalytics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

We design really complex Analytics solutions in the Medical space. There is never a shortage of challenges to overcome. Our code base is over 2 million lines of code. We get free lunch on Thursdays.

    Cons

The release process is not great. Could use more of a DevOps release strategy.

    Advice to Management

If we could lock down our releases after code freeze and stop scope-creep, our releases would be more stable.

I have been working at MedeAnalytics (More than a year)

    Pros

Opportunities of travel and learning about technology/SAAS world. Constantly changing and talk of opportunities. Generous per diems for work travel and home office.

    Cons

Horrible on-boarding process (watched a couple of Powerpoint presentations then thrown into the fire to sink or swim). They have a mentor/coaching established but that doesn't really help (at least hasn't helped me). Extremely cliquey and because we work remotely, you feel left out when you learn of a group trip.

    Advice to Management

Take time to reach out to your employees and actually listen to them. Be proactive with employees that need help.
