    Pros

I think the company is good and has good cab facility.

    Cons

In this company there is a team "MAbbas Android rangers" who always speaks in favour of pakistan. They doesn't do any work and says that Kashmir is part of pakistan. They always support Pakistan cricket team and is against India. They believe that Kashmir is not part of India. They develop same type of application and are not productive.

I have been working at MediaAgility full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Company has a growth mindset . Driving the things right from CEO to the lowest level.

    - Flat hierarchy, CEO is approachable for everyone. Highly collaborative environment. Everyone takes pain to improve the things falling in his/her domain.

    - Good salary, compared to the current market, they pay really well to the deserving.

    - No micromanagement. The company believes in inculcating the values and provides opportunities for everyone to take ownership and be a part of change.

    - No time tracking. When you are owner of your work, nobody is going to ask you anything else. Work from home, no time tracking and flexibility are all there which anyone can ask for.

    - From software development to marketing to HR, in each and every department, the organization is in a never ending process of improvement.

    - Growth. High are the chances of growing if you feel you have the caliber to deliver. Right people are encouraged to take big steps and move up in the ladder.

    - Things like building social environment, woman empowerment, employee satisfaction are continuously being worked upon.

    - This is like a big family where people work in an informal environment. Everybody knows everybody very well and people are personally connected.

    - Teams rigorously working and finding best practices. Company gives enough opportunity to the employees in terms of trainings, certification and defining a career path.

    - Very nice place to work. Credit goes to people operations team which stands with employees for their rights and benefits.

    - People in senior management are very thoughtful.

    Cons

    - Company is not a really big brand as compared to the giants in software development. So for anyone is looking for a govt job like environment, this is not the place.

    - In a significant portion of the whole employee count, it has been felt that there is still a lot to be done in the areas of management and team handling. Dependencies are very high with a few people and that becomes a roadblock for so many things at times.

    - Lack of processes. As company is still growing, many processes are thought, implemented, reverted and so on.

    - Too many experiments going on all the time. Its hard to create a consensus among all the employees on one thing(sometimes).

    - Few good minds are less vocal and do not believe that there is a value in sharing ideas. This experience should be improved.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing.
