      Excellent training Great benefits, medical, dental, cell phone reimbursement, and gas for vehicle.

      Cons

      Poor team concepts, lack of cohesion, long hours 12–16-hour days, on call, work holidays and late evenings daily. Toxic work environment. Poor leadership.
