    Pros

    Flexible management team for unexpected life issue, quarterly bonus and sales referral bonuses. Has monthly team events including company sponsored happy hour.

    Cons

    Inflexible work hours, minimal time off opportunities, sharp learning curve, little to no opportunity for advancement

    Advice to Management

    Recommend bringing pay-scale in line with regional average, current staff and wages are undervalued, hurting retainability and recruitment. Provide a better tiered system for advancement in either pay or responsibility to promote retainability.

    Decent base pay upon initial hire.

    Cons

    Unskilled/inexperienced management. Lack of support for sales team to help customers address sales and service issues. Lack of ethics - I actually witnessed a sales team member pose as a reference for another saleperson as he was pitching a prospect, "Glen Gary Glen Ross"-style.
