      Pros

      Comfortable environment, people in the ISD are some of the best people you'll ever meet. Decent pay for the experience they require. Industry standard benefits.

      Cons

      Management places unnecessary stress on it's employees. Carrot on a stick mentality for advancement at the company, i.e. keep taking on more responsibility for lengthy periods of time before advancing your position or salary. Very hot and cold personalities in management, never just a routine week.

      -The environment is laid back, -Management does not look over your shoulders -Flexible work schedules

      Cons

      -Lack of respect towards management and towards other employees -Projects are micromanaged -There is a lack of structure when it comes to the projects...projects are always rushed -Lack of professionalism makes it difficult to do your job -No career growth

      Office environment is good, tolerable. Management tries to keep employees happy.

      Cons

      Very much narrow minded and discriminating management. Take every ones opinion but do whatever they want to do. Very poor co-colleague relationship. No one trust each other. Show off & fake.
