The company provides a stable work environment with opportunities for growth in certain areas.
Cons
HR team lacks friendliness and cooperation. There are no car or parents' health benefits, no professional development courses, and the work-life balance is poor. Employees are often required to work beyond standard hours, including weekends, with minimal compensation. Bonuses are nonexistent, and salary increments occur only after two years. The mobile allowance for officers is insufficient.
