The staff was always kind
Cons
They don't have a work life balance, you are there to fill there need and if you can't then they make it so you want to quit. The management is only out to better themselves and not take over any situation they will look bad in even if it's beyond your ability. They don't reward hard workers or anyone that goes above and beyond. You could be the best employee they ever had and do or need something that is inconvenient for the manager and they treat you like you should just quit
