Bonuses if they are still what they were. I know they were being cut drastically.
Cons
No support team, run by people that want you to give answers they can't give themselves, liars, hostile environment, unethical, bigots, cheaply run, don't invest in employees or properties. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR. TRY A LARGER COMPANY.
A lot of independence because corporate doesn't actually care if you follow any guidelines, rules, or procedures. Your job is to tame the residents, period.
Cons
Huge disconnect between corporate, district management and on-site staff. Very poor morale. Everyone knows they're disposable, being constantly reminded of that isn't helpful. A lot of "talk", threats. Corporate positions filled with a lot of people who have made a living on "fake it until you make it." Cheaply upgrading apartments to trick people into paying high rents. Only mission is to make properties look good on paper and sell them. On site staff is then sent into battle to fight off residents who have been conned. Very stressful to not have any backup from upper level. Smoke and mirrors to just get by, no longterm job security.
