- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
They play a nice roll pretending value and morals are held to the upmost standards
Cons
If you ever actually are accidentally injured on the job do yourself the favor and forget the morals and standards they drilled in your head, find a good lawyer immediately and prepare yourself for harsh work conditions, bare minimum medical treatment, 1-2 star rated medical staff misdiagnosing conditions you acquired @ time of accident to aid getting you off a treatment plan and minimize messers workplace related injury summaries. Doesn’t matter how hard you work, how much overtime and dedication you put in or appreciation you show for this company if your not related to the roots as soon as your injured they now dedicate there focus on building a storyline to remove you from the company and get you off all medical treatment. Yes these are my words and opinion true, still facts are facts and I can think of 4 other dedicated former employees that has gone through the almost identical timeline of events as myself. The zero injury motives you see on the billboards and the pictures you see of the children on the posters all a big smoke show. Once your injured they will try starving you and your family and that is a fact. Do with this review whatever you like, hope it saves someone else the trouble. Take care
