We would like to clear that as per our Company Policy, numerous opportunities and chances are given to employees to learn and prove themselves. They are even given options to take up other roles as per their capabilities. Only when the employee completely fails to meet the minimum expectation as required from their job profile, the management and HR communicates the same to the employee and gives them ample time to search for new opportunities elsewhere. The company believes in respecting each and every individual and in no condition can fire the employee like you are mentioning.
