Pros

Good place to get management experience on your resume since the manager/employee ratio is very high. Interesting range of customers.

Cons

Low morale, frequent layoffs, uncommunicative leadership. Very stratified- 8 or 9 layers of management is not uncommon.

Pros

UK based benefits and culture when I started, so family and individual orientation.

Cons

CEO thinks he is the smartest man in any room. Lies whenever. Does not know how to create loyalty. Changing culture from UK centric to US centric, removing benefits for US employees.
