No long term plans everything is very short term. Hire & fire, just because some damn — people in top management somehow they survive in here as they cannot survive outside, but company always fires engineering people who gave whole & sole to build the company. Poor strategy, there is no good strategist in there. More management politics than good leadership quality. Sinking ship and sailing/managing by cunning people
